Update: New Job Rocks Ass

I'm happily typing away on my newly fixed laptop (thanks roomy Ben!), wearing my glasses, drinking coffee and working from home. I love this working from home thing. You mean I'm getting paid to sit in my pajamas, chat with the roommates, sip coffee, ect, ect, ect???! I LOVE this.
Now I can finally download all of my pictures - of which there are several. Those will be up soon.

Yay life.

I've also added some pictures of totally amazing Halloween costumes I've found. The giant vagina costume gets bonus points for construction! For the Hivemind party on Saturday I'm going as a Harijuku girl. I'm not the only one. There are twelve of the Orrivias (As in asian Olivia Newton John - the theme of the party is Grease Frightening). We will be passing out engrish pins - I'm obsessed with everything engrish right now. Go to engrish.com. It will have you rolling on the floor with laughter. We'll all be wearing baby backpacks, carrying memobooks (autograph peese?) and sake. It's gonna be a riot!

Bullets: Let's Make Reading Happy

My laptop is broken people. I'll be lucky if anyone checks this thing anymore considering I've left it for so long.
I'm doing well and would like to list my life topics by using bullets. Why bullets? Because they are
A. cool
B. easy to read

* Living in Seattle
* Living in a large house with 5 other kickass people. We are happy and I really don't ever need to leave. I'm late to work every morning because there's a party in my kitchen.
* Have new sewing studio*. This is VERY EXCITING.
* Have new job/office/boss
* My boss is me*.
* Going to large Halloween party. The theme of the party is "Grease Frightening." I'm going as Orrivia Newton John - the asian Olivia.

***VERY EXCITING

I'm All Pepperoni

My computer is broken so I'm writing this at work. Beyond the crunchie computer problem, I'm currently working two jobs and have just moved into a huge, fabulous house where there is always something going on. I'm always busy or on the bus. The damn bus is sucking my life away. Or adding to it. I don't really know. I just wish it was relaxing AND quick. That would be wonderful. I think I just realized why I voted for the monorail...
In other news; all my stuff smells like pepperoni. Apparently, when you ship your possessions UPS ground they can be in small spaces with stinky things such as.....cured meats. Thanks UPS.

The Brick House

I finally have a place to live. I'm very excited about my new living situation - one of the biggest lessons my time in NYC taught me is that you need other people to live. You must let the people love you really love you. Because, the truth is, you need them to.
So that's partly why I'm glad that the universe has led me to the Brick House. It's on Capital Hill/Central District and it's down right gigantic. I have five very cool roommates that I've bonded with really quickly. That's a lie. I haven't met one of them. No worries though.
I can't wait to live in a big space with other creative, active people. And I have an art studio! YES! Pictures to come...
